Reporting Defects
If you receive a defective product, please notify us within 7 days of receiving it. Provide a clear explanation of the defect along with any supporting pictures or videos to help us assess the issue. Notifications submitted after the 7-day grace period will not be accepted. -
Resolution Process
- If the defect cannot be repaired, a refund will be issued.
- If the defect can be repaired:
- Our team will either guide you through the repair process or arrange for the product to be collected and repaired at our warehouse (excluding items covered by a warranty)..
- Please note, no exchange or refund will be provided for defects that can be repaired.
Cancellation Policy
We do not accept cancellations once an order has been placed, regardless of whether the parcel has been processed or shipped. If you change your mind, you may return the product under our 7-day free return policy. Please note, rejecting an order at the time of delivery will result in no refund.
Warranty Policy
Unless otherwise stated, all products come with a default 7-day exchange policy.
